If you are in the Southern Nevada area and have a child under 18 with a rare, life-limiting, or complex medical condition, we invite you to join our supportive community. Our goal is to provide a network of resources and connections to help your family thrive.

If you are in the Southern Nevada area and have a child under 18 with a rare, life-limiting, or complex medical condition, we invite you to join our supportive community at the Little Miss Hannah Foundation through 2025. While our organization will be concluding operations at the end of 2025, we are still accepting new family registrations through August 2025 for:

Benefits of Registration:

Registration is free and gives your family access to:

  • Eligibility to apply for our Medical and Therapy Equipment Grant program (accepting applications through August 30, 2025, or until earlier if funds are depleted)
  • Family activities and events
  • Private Facebook group and WhatsApp group
  • Support groups
  • Sibling program
  • Access to our private Facebook group, where local families connect, share resources, and support each other

Eligibility Requirements:

Our programs are designed to support families who meet these criteria:

  • Child must be under 18 years old
  • Living at home or in a medical care facility in Southern Nevada
  • Meet at least one of the following conditions :
  • Diagnosed with a rare, life-limiting disease by a licensed pediatric physician with an average prognosis of less than 20 years of age
  • Currently placed in hospice care or is on palliative care due to an untreatable life-limiting condition
  • Undiagnosed with severe complex needs, considered medically fragile
  • Diagnosed with a debilitating neurologic, metabolic, or genetic medical condition
  • Diagnosed with a rare, life-limiting disease by a licensed pediatric physician with an average prognosis of less than 20 years of age
  • Currently placed in hospice care or is on palliative care due to an untreatable life-limiting condition
  • Undiagnosed with severe complex needs, considered medically fragile
  • Diagnosed with a debilitating neurologic, metabolic, or genetic medical condition

By registering, you’ll join a caring community of Southern Nevada families who understand the unique challenges of raising children with rare and complex medical conditions. Though our foundation’s chapter is ending, the connections formed between our families continue to provide valuable support and friendship.
