At the Little Miss Hannah Foundation, our volunteers are the heart of our mission to enhance the quality of life for children with rare and complex medical conditions in Southern Nevada.

Whether you’re helping at our family events, assisting with fundraising, or lending your professional skills, your time and compassion can bring smiles to the faces of children and families facing incredible challenges. From our annual Vegas Cares About Rare 5K to holiday parties and support groups, there are countless ways to get involved and make a real impact in our community.
