Maximum Hope Foundation, created by actor/comedian Brad Garrett.
It is their belief that no family should have to choose between paying their bills and attending to their son or daughter as he or she battles to survive. Many parents lose income or employment as a result of taking time off to care for their little one, or struggle to make ends meet when faced with mounting medical bills. Maximum Hope endeavors to relieve the financial burdens of everyday needs and secure the home environment so that families can remain focused on what is most important: their child.
Maximum Hope offers assistance to families with a child under the age of 18 who has been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness. Urgent requests are brought to us by medical social workers at children’s hospitals and hospices nationwide. All cases are assessed on an individual basis and aid is granted according to the needs and financial state of the family.
Their staff members work quickly to supply struggling families with practical necessities such as rent, utility payments, groceries, gas, and gift cards for other everyday items.
