2014 is right around the corner, and our Little Miss Hannah team is has some great plans in the works for the families of medically fragile children here in Southern Nevada!
We have three projects that we are asking for volunteers to help with at this time, and all of these can be done from the comfort of your home with a flexible schedule.
- Research help: online (using google and other online resources)
- Research help: communication (reaching out to local service providers for clarification of services for children via email and phone – no soliciting – must be from So Nev)
- Writers and Bloggers (to build out content and information to help our families and inform our community)
Because we use the Google docs sharing program, the main requirement for these projects is access to a Gmail account (if you don’t have one, they are free). This will allow easy sharing of information between volunteers and our LMHF team.
We are also seeking a Spanish-speaking translator. If you speak Spanish and/or are able to translate articles, documents, or forms for us, we could sure use your help so we can reach out to more local families.
For the online and writing opportunities, we welcome volunteers outside the Las Vegas Area.
